York Tales is still in the top-ten sellers at BORDERS York. Hardly short listed for the Booker, but worth a mention all the same. Due to this success the York Tales format is being extended across the region to include a Bristol, Cheshire, Glasgow, London and Tyneside Tales. This means a wider distribution and the potential of royalties as production costs are covered. I’m not holding my breath, I’m saving that for the gardening job I do at the weekend which pays an hourly and more honest wage.
